Return Process
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery or purchase to initiate a return request
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photographs if applicable
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all certificates and documentation
- Ship the item to our designated return address using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Policy

- Orders that have entered production or customization cannot be cancelled

- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 7 days of delivery or purchase, subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
- Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns
- If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the price difference
- If the new item is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference
- Exchanges are subject to item availability in our inventory
- Custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide photographs of the defect or damage for our review
- We will cover all return shipping costs for defective items
- Replacement will be shipped once we receive and verify the defective item
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
